Ginny Springer..
Ginny Springer   Monday/Thursday AM Class   Ginny Springer last worked as a Nutrition Educator for Cornell Cooperative Extension in New York State for eight years. She has a BS in Dietetics and a MS in Health Education. She has taught to many audiences, including Pre-school students. She enjoys working with young children.   She and her husband Bill have two daughters, Carolyn and Katherine and a dog named Joey. They have lived in Canton for seven years.   In her spare time, she volunteers as a Girl Scout Leader for both daughters' Brownie troops. Ginny loves planning educational and fun activities for the scouts. She also volunteers at St. John Neumann's religious education program.
